Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery, strictly in the following cases:

the item is defective or damaged;
the item received does not match the order (wrong product, size, or model).
Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

the request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery;
the customer must provide clear photo and/or video evidence of the issue;
the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition;
all original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable) must be included.

The company reserves the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following situations:

incorrect size, color, or model selected by the customer;
change of mind after purchase;
minor differences in color or appearance due to screen settings;
damage caused by improper use, handling, or storage;
items that show signs of use, wear, or washing.
Return & Shipping Costs

Returns must be arranged by the customer.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer;
If the return is approved due to a confirmed defect or an error on our side, return shipping costs may be reimbursed or covered by the company.

Shipping costs paid during the original order are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

if the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method;
processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

The company reserves the right to partially or fully deny a refund if the returned item does not meet the required conditions.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement item is not available, the company may offer:

an alternative product; or
a refund, subject to approval.
Resolution

We aim to review and resolve all customer requests fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.
All decisions regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds are made at the sole discretion of the company after reviewing the provided evidence.
