FC "GAMA" is a leading organization specializing in organizing professional fighting tournaments and sporting events (MMA, boxing and others). We are looking for an energetic and ambitious sponsorship manager who will be responsible for establishing and developing partnerships with brands and companies interested in supporting sporting events.
Responsibilities:
• Developing a sponsorship strategy for tournaments, events and other activities.
• Finding and attracting new sponsors, signing cooperation agreements.
• Negotiating with potential partners, creating proposals taking into account their needs.
• Developing individual proposals for brand placement at sporting events, TV and online broadcasts, as well as on social networks.
• Ensuring a high level of interaction with existing sponsors, maintaining long-term and mutually beneficial relationships.
• Coordinating brand integration processes at events: advertising banners, logos, promotion on company sites.
• Monitoring the fulfillment of sponsorship agreements, preparing reports for partners.
• Work with media partners, distribute advertising materials and promotions aimed at promoting sponsors.
• Participate in the preparation and organization of events, including the negotiation process and ensuring the interests of the partnership.
Requirements:
• Higher education in marketing, PR or related fields.
• More than 2 years of experience working with corporate partners or sponsors in the sports industry.
• Knowledge of the specifics of the sports industry.
• High-level negotiation skills and experience in building long-term relationships with brands.
• Knowledge of the basics of media planning.
• Experience with CRM systems and analytical tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to work in a stressful environment, high initiative and responsibility.
• Knowledge of English will be considered an advantage.
